Facebook is most popular social media across the globe as approximately 2.2 billion people are active on Facebook. Listingo theme comes with ready to go Facebook messenger chat system so that you can stay in touch with your providers/professionals and regular users. That's how default Facebook chat messenger looks like in listingo demo website:


So, here are required details from Professional/Business end.
1: Facebook page ID: You have to provide your Facebook page ID, we'll discuss in a while how to create a Facebook page and how to get that id ?
2: Facebook App ID: You have to provide your Facebook App ID, we'll discuss in a while how to create a Facebook App and how to get ID for that app ?
All other colored fields are very self explanatory and needs no further explanation.
So, we move on to create a Facebook Page.
First of all login to your Facebook account and create a Facebook page. We are not creating any page in this article as its quiet easy and if you need any help you can just use Google and you'll get all details to create a Facebook Page.
Once you have created a page its time to get App ID. Just go to your Facebook main page and you'll see some thing like shown below:

Just click on Manage Apps and you'll see some thing like shown below:

Once you provide App name and your contact email just click on Create App ID button.
Here it will look like when you click on Create App ID:

Note: Its only for testing purposes while your page ID will be different from this one so don't worry about it.
Once you added Facebook page ID and Facebook App ID, you are done with required settings and your Facebook Messenger will be shown once you or any one visits your profile page.
All other details are not necessary but you can provide those as well to customise Messenger further as per your needs.
1: Color settings: Provide your desired hex color code and that will be applied in place of default messenger chat.
2: Message for logged in users: Provide welcome message which users will see (logged in to Facebook).
3: Message for logged out users:Provide welcome message which users will see (logged out from Facebook).
